Over the years Cindy Kahoun has worn many creative hats: studio artist, innovative artist in residence, Evergreen Bear artist, community gallery artist, wife, mom, grandmother and now the manager of Gallery One.

It is somehow fitting that Cindy should be wearing this most recent hat as she has been part of that gallery-space through its different incarnations over the last nine years. An always popular fixture in the Grants Pass art-scene, Cindy is well known for her eye-catching wire sculptures.

“The nice thing,” Cindy says, “is that there are other ways an artist can make a living other than just selling their art.”
